Sixten Nordmark | Partner and Advokat Sixten is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and Partner. He works primarily as an external in-house counsel with domestic and international business law. Sixten’s particular expertise includes contractual law and advising in complex negotiations for both Swedish and foreign clients. Sixten has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, negotiations, and international contract law. His help is often sought in business matters pertaining to purchasing, sales, licensing and distributorships. Sixten has previously worked as a corporate lawyer in the United States and Sweden for international companies like Atlas Copco and Ericsson.
